President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Aguilar started his career in 1981 and has global experience in technology, business and oilfield sectors. In 2008, he joined the Calfrac Board of Directors as an independent member and, in November 2010, the company appointed him President and Chief Operating Officer. In January 2014, he accepted the role of President and Chief Executive Officer and continues as a board member. Prior to joining Calfrac, Mr. Aguilar held a variety of executive and senior management positions in the services sector. Over a 19 year period (1984-2003), he progressed through various global assignments in both field and senior management positions at Schlumberger. From 2004 until 2010, Mr. Aguilar worked for CGGVeritas, a global geophysical services company. His assignments there were domestic (North America) and international (Middle East, Europe, Russia, Asia Pacific and Latin America) in nature. Mr. Aguilar has completed the Stanford Executive MBA program (2003) as well as the Director Education Program (2008) developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management in conjunction with the Haskayne School of Business.
Michael J. McNulty
Michael J. (Mick) McNulty
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McNulty has over 30 years of experience in the oilfield services sector, having most recently served for Saxon Energy Services Inc. as the President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2009 until April 2013 and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2005 until December 2008. Prior thereto, Mr. McNulty was employed by Precision Drilling Corporation, serving as the Senior Vice President, Finance from June 2001 until September 2005 and as the Vice President, Business Development and Treasurer from January 1997 until June 2001. Prior to his employment with Precision Drilling Corporation, Mr. McNulty served in various financial roles with increasing responsibilities in the oilfield services sector.
Lindsay Link, P.Eng.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Link joined Calfrac as President, United States Operating Division in February 2013 and, in January 2015, was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Link brings more than 30 years of experience in business strategy, growth, earnings and execution gained from North American and international assignments in the oil and gas services industry. Before joining Calfrac, Mr. Link held senior management positions at Baker Hughes including Managing Director, Continental Europe and President, Pressure Pumping. From 2004 to 2010 he was Vice President, Process & Pipelines Division at BJ Services. Over the course of his career at BJ Services, Mr. Link held a variety of engineering, operations, sales and country management positions, gaining significant North American and international experience. Mr. Link is a professional engineer with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary (1983) and an MBA in Finance (1991) from the same institution. He is a Professional Engineer and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (United States).
Vice President, Global Operations
Mr. Payne started his career in the industry in 1970 and has significant experience in North American as well as international oilfield services. Over the course of his career, he has held senior positions with Halliburton, Western Company and Cooper Cameron. In 2003, Mr. Payne joined Calfrac as Vice President, United States Operations and held that role until 2009 when he accepted the position of President, Canadian Division. In these roles, he was responsible for overall leadership and growth of the assigned regions. In 2015, Mr. Payne assumed the role of Vice President, Global Operations, a role he previously held on a short-term assignment. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Global Operations team to ensure the highest levels of efficiency are achieved through the development of new field technologies, maintenance practices and equipment standardization.
President, United States Operating Division
Mr. Toney joined Calfrac in 2014 as President, United States Division and brings more than 35 years of industry experience to the team at Calfrac. Mr. Toney started his career in Aerospace Engineering and, over the years, has progressed through a variety of roles including engineering, new technology development, operations and sales in multiple oilfield service lines. In the mid-90s, Mr. Toney moved into management roles that included overall responsibility for developing and profitably growing his assigned regions. From 1997 until 2012, Mr. Toney held senior management and executive positions at The Western Company, BJ Services Pressure Pumping, Global Chemical and Baker Hughes. In 2012, he left his role as Vice President, US Pressure Pumping, to take on the role of President at Mission Well Services, which was acquired by Calfrac in 2013. Mr. Toney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology (1985) and has completed executive programs at Wharton Business School, Chicago Booth and other institutions.
President, Latin American Operating Division
In 2012, Mr. Kuracz joined the Calfrac team to lead the company’s Argentina operation as Country Manager. In early 2015, he was appointed as President, Latin America Division. Mr. Kuracz started his career in the oilfield sector in the late 80s and, over the years, has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility including, among others, technical manager, procurement manager and oilfield asset manager. In addition to assignments throughout different countries in Latin America, he has held senior management roles on international assignments in Africa and the US and has worked for both the oilfield services sector as well as with large, integrated oil and gas operators. Mr. Kuracz has a degree in Engineering (1987) from Universidad de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina), completed the Petroleum Production Engineering post-graduate program (1995) at the University of Tulsa (Tulsa, Oklahoma), earned an MBA (2003) from the University of Tulsa and holds other executive education certificates.

Robert L. Sutherland
President, Russian Operating Division
Mr. Sutherland has been President, Russian Operating Division since September 2007 and was instrumental in establishing Calfrac’s operations in Russia. He has over 35 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, of which the past 20 years have taken place in Russia, where he was part of the executive management team on four joint ventures. Previous to that Mr. Sutherland spent 15 years running various districts for an oilfield service and supply company in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Tom J. Medvedic

President, Canadian Division
Mr. Medvedic started his career in the oilfield services sector in 1994 and has held a variety of senior management roles. From 1994 until 2004, he held increasing senior financial roles for Ensign Energy Services Inc., a TSX-listed international oilfield services contractor. Joining Calfrac in 2004, Mr. Medvedic assumed the position of Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In 2008, he transitioned into the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and was responsible for overseeing both investor relations and strategic initiatives. In 2014, Mr. Medvedic moved into the role of Vice President Operations, Canadian Division and, in 2015, assumed the role of President, Canadian Division. In this role, he is responsible for leading the division as it implements the next phase of its long-term strategic plan.
