Douglas R. Ramsay
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Ramsay is one of our founders and has served as a member of our board of directors and as our President and Chief Executive Officer since our formation in 1999. Mr. Ramsay has an extensive background in the oil industry. Prior to 1994, Mr. Ramsay was the President of Canadian Fracmaster Ltd. where he spent 12 years enhancing the overall presence of Fracmaster Ltd. in Canada and worldwide. Previous industry experience as a Project Manager for Delta Consultants, Drilling and Completions Foreman for Dome Petroleum Corp. and Service Operator for BJ Well Services Company has contributed to Mr. Ramsay’s overall knowledge of the industry. Mr. Ramsay is a certified Registered Engineering Technologist.

Gordon A. Dibb
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dibb is one of our founders and has served as Chief Operating Officer since September 2007. Mr Dibb has held the position of Executive Vice President from December 2004 and has also served as Chief Financial Officer from inception of the company through to December 2004. Mr. Dibb has over 20 years of oilfield service industry experience in a senior financial capacity, having worked as Executive Vice President, Business Development for Trace Exploration, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Artisan Corporation, Vice President, Administration for Nabors Drilling International Limited, Chief Operating Officer for Destiny Resource Services Corp. and Vice President, Finance for Nabors Drilling Ltd. Mr. Dibb also has experience in South Africa working in other industries. Gordon is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in both South Africa and Canada, and a member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Laura A. Cillis. CA
Sr. Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Cillis was appointed as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the company in November 2008. Previously, Ms. Cillis was the Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Energy Services L.P. since January 2006. Ms. Cillis has over 20 years of financial experience in the oilfield services industry in various capacities, including her tenure with two large multi-national corporations, and has a broad range of financial leadership and technical experience. Ms. Cillis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1986 and is a member of Financial Executives International.

Bruce Payne
President, Canadian Division
Bruce has been with Calfrac since 2002, occupying roles of increasing responsibility. He was instrumental in establishing our operations in Colorado and Arkansas. He has significant experience in large high rate slick water fracture treatments. Since 2004 he has held the position of Vice President, Operations, Calfrac Corp. Bruce has more than 30 years experience of oilfield services, which includes senior positions with Halliburton, Western Company and Cooper Cameron, where he managed Canadian operations for 4 years prior to joining Calfrac. In addition to studies in the Rice University MBA program, Bruce has completed executive development education in financial management, employment law and Six Sigma.

John L. Grisdale
President, United States Operating Division
As the President, United States Operating Division John Grisdale leads the US operations for Calfrac Well Services Corp. These responsibilities include daily operations for the United States and Mexico, sales and marketing and the development of the Company’s business into new global operating regions.
John received a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and also earned his Engineering Technologist certification. John joined the Company in January 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. |
Tom J. Medvedic
Sr. Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Medvedic has served as our Sr. Vice President, Corporate Development since November 2008. Prior to that time he served as our Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Tom has over 13 years of experience in the oilfield service sector, and previously served for 10 years as the Treasurer of Ensign Resource Service Group Inc., an international oilfield service contractor listed on the TSX. Mr. Medvedic is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of Midnight Oil Exploration Limited, an independent oil and gas development company.

Dwight M. Bobier
Sr. Vice President, Technical Services
Dwight Bobier is Sr. Vice President, Technical Services for Calfrac Well Services Ltd. Dwight leads the technical and engineering functions that support customer requirements and field operations and is also involved in new product development from their inception to service delivery.
Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of several professional organizations including SPE, CIM, CSUG and Stim-Lab. Dwight has been with the Company since its formation in 1999 and has over 35 years of experience in the pressure pumping service sector. |
Stephen T. Dadge
Sr. Vice President, Corporate Services
Steve Dadge, Sr. Vice President, Corporate Services, has company-wide responsibility for the provision of environment, health and safety, human resources and facility management services as well as the coordination of all aspects of the Calfrac Management System.
Since graduation in 1973 from the University of Sheffield, England with a degree in Geology, Steve’s experience has been in the oil and gas service sector. International field assignments in Europe and southeast Asia preceded his arrival to Canada in 1977. Throughout the 1980s, Steve held several operational and general management positions and, since 1990, he was involved in a variety of management positions in the pressure pumping service sector. Steve joined Calfrac Well Services Ltd. in January 2001. |
Donald R. Battenfelder
Vice President, Canadian Operating Division
As Vice President, Canadian Operating Division, Don Battenfelder oversees the Company’s day-to-day operating activities in Canada to ensure that our services are delivered with the highest degree of quality, efficiency and integrity.
Don joined the Company in 2000 and has over 28 years of oil and gas industry experience, mainly in the pressure pumping service sector. Before he assumed his current role in 2005, Don held several senior operations roles within the Company. |
Mark Paslawski
Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Paslawski joined Calfrac in 2007 as General Counsel with company-wide responsibility to administer legal affairs, continuous disclosure compliance obligations and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Calfrac, he practiced corporate and securities law with Bennett Jones LLP of Calgary with a focus on corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Paslawski was named a Vice President and added the role of Corporate Secretary in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Michael D. Olinek
Corporate Controller
As Corporate Controller, Mr. Olinek is responsible for treasury, financial compliance, budgeting, internal management reporting and U.S. sales and use taxation.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Calgary in 1989 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. Michael recently joined our Company in August 2006 and previously served in various senior accounting roles within EnCana Corporation and Exxon Mobil Corporation. |
Matthew L. Mignault
Controller
Mr. Mignault has served as Controller since joining the Company in March 2001 and is responsible for all aspects of external financial reporting and income taxation.
Matt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and also attended the University’s School of Management. In 1983, Matt earned his Chartered Accountant designation. Prior to joining the Company, Matt worked in public practice before joining the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he was the Corporate Controller of an international oil and gas service company for a period of ten years. |
