Sand Master

The Sand Masters are designed to provide on site proppant storage for volumes that exceed the capacity of proppant transports and or sand bins. Each Sand Master is capable of storing up to 300,000 pounds of proppant.  Depending on model, the units may have up to 7 compartments. Multiple compartments can provide storage for several different proppant types and allow greater measurement control.

Each Sand Master is equipped with a variable rate delivery belt capable of delivering sand to a blender at a maximum sand rate of 16,500 pounds/min. The delivery belts are designed to swivel 180° to achieve maximum flexibility and ease of equipment spotting.

Calfrac Sand Masters are operated remotely from an operators compartment on the top of each unit. The remote operation gives the operator an improved vantage point and isolates them from a potentially hazardous environment.
